Hero Twins
Inspiration for this photograph came from a Navajo Mythology story about the Hero Twins also known as the Monster Slayers. In the tale of The Hero Twins, the story recounts the trials of two young brothers, who traveled across the land, hunting and battling a race of monsters who were destroying human life. They eventually eliminated all the monsters with the guidance of their father, the Sun, and brought back peace and harmony to the Navajo people.
